Expired sign up bonus Qantas points despite reaching goal
User unfriendly design and unhelpful customer service
Poorly designed signup form results in iOS keyboard covering the promo code section, so you’ll miss it, plus customer service won’t retroactively credit promos when the promo code is what attracted the new customer. Plus the signup proces doesn’t ask you to add your frequent flyer number so if you forget look for it buried under a menu somewhere, you will miss out on points earn for that too. This whole scheme is designed to hook in customers with promotions then put them through the worst possible app UI designed to prevent customers from benefiting from the promos.

Crashes Immediately when attempting sign up
App crashed immediately after taping "email" in sign up screen, app deleted and reinstalled, continues to do so when attempting to fill any text box on sign up screen
Don’t trust the bill scanning feature
The bill scanning feature will completely misread BPAY numbers. Don’t trust it, either OCR using your phones camera or manually enter it.
Waste of Time
They advertised as being able to pay with Amex.

Fraud scammers
Fraud, scammer. There should be option to -5 stars. Don’t trust these guys. I used their service for the first time. I paid my bill 10 days ago and when I call my service provider they said they haven’t received any service and snipp says payment has been paid but I have confirmed this with my service providers three times and they haven’t received the payment yet and it’s been more than 10 days. Don’t trust these guys they are fraud scam. Even when you call the snipp customer Care they will say we can’t create the transaction number or we can’t do the reverse got to an already paid but even when I showed them the bill which is still overdue they say it’s been paid. It will reflect it will reflect and they are saying this from last 10 days.

Incredibly rude
Account suspended for using a referral code found online. Then wrongly accused of fraud by a person called Leah. They will lose hundreds of thousand $ in business from me and my business.

Easily earn points
Great easy to use application to add bills and pay by CC that you normally couldn’t. Helps to earn points when you otherwise couldn’t.
Good app
Overall a good app and easy to use , for some reason I can not connect my email address and manually add them it just says Google has this app blocked and Google say it’s on the developers end … would be nice to have that feature as well otherwise good.

Great value points
Had been using pay.com.au, but given the low value when transferring their points to a partner, plus their higher surcharge rates, SNIIP is a much better deal.
The best way to use Amex when not accepted directly
Super smooth app. Offer referral bonuses etc. Now earn Qantas points too on the actual payment too (albeit a small earn rate)

Not happy
I made my first bill pay using Sniip via a bank transfer. The money was taken out from my bank but it’s been two days and the credit bill hasn’t been paid yet. Had it not been for the intro offer of 5000 QFF points, in this time, I could just paid the credit card bill .
Prohibitively Expensive
Tried it, but ended up paying more than if I’d set up direct debit with the biller directly. Not worth it!
