Got to love a hotel that the manager hides from you when things go wrong. It’s been about 12 hours and counting waiting for that phone call. I don’t appreciate reservations straight up misleading guests 🤯
Super convenient!
Didn’t have to wait in line to check in! Requested check in on the app and it was approved in minutes, then we had access to our keys right away.
Ridiculous
Great idea. Doesn’t accept the code. Tech support doesn’t return calls and doesn’t fix problems. Wow! So annoying to get 3 emails in a row every time I book a room, then can’t use their useless app.
