Poor customer service and care
The devise itself is simple, functional , and easy to use. When there is an issue like the countless miss tests that then are ok 15 minutes later or devise issues there is zero support. It’s very expensive per month and you get zero service on the back end. The staff is rude, not helpful, and knows you are in contract so they don’t care. Customer service hours are 7-5 Monday - Friday PST even though most of us are in test schedules outside those hours. So if an issue comes up outside of those times, evenings, weekend, etc you have no help and have to take the missed test in court. They shouldn’t have court and go demand contracts if they can’t service their customer base around the clock for technical support with devises.

The product is decent. There are a lot of times it says identity not confirmed for no reason. However the worst part is customer service. The most abysmal support staff ever. I’ve had to call them three times. The shortest I’ve waited on hold was 90 minutes. The longest was 2.5 hours. They don’t respond to emails and online changes to schedules take up to a week. An absolute disaster of a customer service department considering so much is at stake.

Intermittent. Not a good solution
Keep having to re-download app for tests to go through. I do not recommend this. I keep getting error 800 - unable to test.
Results Transmittal Issues / Reload App
I have been using the Connect app for 9 months now and I also receive Error 800 (test not sent) frequently. Unfortunately for me I am going through a divorce and my spouse looks for every excuse to nail me and take custody away. The only solution I have found to error 800 is to delete and reinstall the app. This solution seems to work for a week or two then the cycle repeats. Soberlink needs to fix this ASAP if they aspire to be a trusted device in the family law industry. As of right now, I am showing the attorneys/court the user reviews on the App Store to defend myself.

Easy to use, when it works
Over 100+ tests 96 of them have been fine. Two read positive even though I hadn't had a drink (YIKES), thankfully the 15 minute retest was .000. Twice now I got stuck with 'error 8000' which requires reinstalling the app and repairing the device to clear.
The face recognition doesn't like low light (I got a couple of 'your identity was confirmed but please use more light' leading me to believe the computer couldn't do it and someone manually had to look at the photo.
So it's a bit buggy, but largely works as it says it does.

Have to delete and reinstall to get tests to go through. Haven’t had anything to drink still reads positive.
