SOBOL delivers, and by delivers I don’t mean they put it in the car and drive it to you. I mean every order I get is 100% satisfactory, the customer service, the quality and the product is second to none. Every other order I’m getting a few dollars in rewards, which is a great incentive. They keep me coming back week after week.

Easy meal to go!
I like the fact that I can pick up my sobol anywhere where is available. My daughters like it and it makes it easy for me as a Mom. I also appreciate the rewards.

Easy of use
The SoBol app is super user friendly and takes no time at all to place an order
Terrible communication
If a store changes their hours, apparently they can’t get updated hours in the app so the app allows you to order even if the store isn’t open. They also don’t alert you when stores have changed menu items or have gone kosher so if you try to re-order something you ordered in the past and items in that order are not kosher you will not receive them, but they don’t tell you that.

Hate using Apple Pay
I love açaí bowls from SoBol but their Apple Pay has an issue. It always gives me a hard time when I try to make a payment with Apple Pay and mentions about post code. So ridiculous.
A Happy Family!
I needed to keep up with my kids demands but since I also love Açaí, I also love this app that makes my life easier. Not only I can order online and my kid will jump out to get it but also I can order when my kids are traveling and get an açaí order on me. I love the rewards too. They are a blessing from above. Not very well done
If any field is missing, the app waits until the checkout page and then says you need to remove all items and start over. Very inconvenient when you’re in a hurry.
refund processing
needs to be able to process refunds for items missing in delivery and a way to resend the items without having to repay $7+ for delivery and additional tip again of a new driver to receive it, to be fair to customer.
