Frustrating Update
I’ve had this app for a while now. I’ve loved the elegance of the rings that build on one another. It really helps with the perspective of living one moment at a time.
Now the app has been updated. Great. Updates keep good apps working with new iOS updates. Not that much should require updating on such a streamlined and simple application.
The features added in the update are not so good in my opinion. Feels like AI slop and an over-complication. The only benefit has been the widgets that can be added to the home screen and lock screen. But even those are not updating like in the actual app. I’d love to see a widget for lock/home screens that functions/looks like the rings in the actual app.
And as far as sobriety goes, accountability is good, but outsourcing that to AI seems unhealthy to me, and paywalling it is understandable when your connecting it to an AI infrastructure, but it seems like a departure from what made this app great. I’d rather see the app return to its simplicity.
The check-in features are nice for tracking relapses and current state of mind. They do leave more to be desired, but that is a nice addition as well. I also feel like the scope is pretty narrow limiting recovery content to substances. Nothing for people with food, sex, gambling issues, etc.

Game changer
Seriously - the power in this simplicity is profound. I’m a lifer and this is one of the best, most effective tools ever found.
A nice simple app!
I love the simplicity and clean design. I would though like the option to edit the section ‘why I’m staying sober’- maybe I can but cannot find how to do this?
Please fix ‘History’ Title!!
I love this app. Love the simplicity and whole vibe you got going. Would be a 5 star review but there’s one fix to be made, History is misspelled (Histroy). Please fix so it can be perfect lol! Stay sober y’all! <3
Fix “Histroy”
App is great but they spelled “History” incorrectly. Needs fixed from its current spelling of “Histroy”
Typo Grr
Under the commitment section history is misspelled and that drives me slightly bonkers. Otherwise great app. Please fix this typo.
Completely free…but
I’ll change this to 5 stars if you fix the spelling of the word History (it’s “histroy” in your main page in the app)
History
I didn’t think history was a big deal when reading the reviews, but it’s in big jarring letters. Kind of hard to ignore. Other than that I like it. Purple ain’t my color. But reminders are a cool thing to give a boost when you need it, because people won’t always do it. Stay strong.
This is great
An app that is simple, clean and easy to use, and doesn’t have ads or tries to get me to subscribe? I didn’t think that existed anymore.
Misspelled Section in App, but so far so good
Noticed the “History” section in my app is incorrectly spelled as “Histroy”. Otherwise, the aesthetics of this app are beautiful (the rings and the purple). Hoping the developer could allow for the app to include a lofi widget of the rings in the future so I can see the soothing purple in my Home Screen.

Great App - simple - Love the Rings
The only gripe I have so far is the misspelling of History as “Histroy” - off putting and driving my OCD bonkers! I love the rings. The colors. The simplicity. The Price 😉! I highly recommend for those of us that want something basic and effective.
To developers
History is misspelled…
First day
I’m excited about this. Let’s go
First time I’ve actually kept with my goal!!
Currently on day 23 of sobriety!!!! I’ve tried to stay off alcohol in the past but always slipped up every few days. Seeing the rings add up and the # of days increase each day honestly makes me really stop and think if having a drink is worth bringing me back to day zero and starting over. I also love the interface and the beautiful design/colors!!
