I love this app! It’s a great way to let my friends know when I’m in a chatty mood vs a leave me alone day. Haha no more accidental ghosting because I just don’t feel up to social obligations, now everyone’s on the same page all the time
Such a helpful tool to track my moods
I’m always looking for ways to track and be able to look back at my emotions and moods. My therapist is always asking me to pay closer attention. This app has allowed me to do exactly what I want. I like that I can look at a chart as well. Fav thing? I can send where I’m at to other people who want to check in with me. Makes me feel like I don’t have to explain, just a quick simple check in! Oh and the batteries are so fun! Highly recommend!

This is a really fun app to open daily and give yourself a check in for how things are going. You can also use this to reach out to let others know how your day is going

Exactly! It was way easier for me to send a little picture of my personalized battery to someone so they knew how I was feeling!
