Don’t bother
Used for The Station in Sutton Coldfield. Some of the items (food) come under the wrong section on the app so are difficult to find. And then the pub itself has no way of knowing your order has been submitted (and paid for), so you have to go inside 20 mins later to chase the order up anyway.

Glitches out all the time, cannot apply voucher, useless. Such a shame when MyPub and Slug and lettuce work so well

Confusing experience of adding items to basket, then having done that, it wouldn’t let me pay. Either with Apple Pay or with PayPal.

Good I’m concept, bad in practice
There is no way to edit your orders and half of which never came which makes me believe the app is glitching.

App fails to fulfil the basic function of ordering food or drink. UI/UX is also terrible at best and doesn’t function at worse.
Poorly optimised
Basically unusable on a dodgy internet connection.
I can load webpages in browser but on the same connection struggle to load a list of beers in app. Tested on fast wifi later and works fine.

Difficult experience
I scanned the app to order food but managed to purchase food / drink to the wrong pub (one 10 minute walk up the road). The QR scanning or the app should make it easier to make sure you’re ordering at the correct location - I.e. a GPS or a map popping up! When I realised I had ordered at the wrong pub, after speaking to the pub staff, they weren’t able to give us a refund, nor were the staff on the phone at the pub I’d accidentally ordered at, as they were different pub chains. The app was also useless for this situation. Luckily the pub we accidentally ordered honoured our order if we walked down there so we weren’t out of pocket. But what was supposed to be an “easier” way of ordering to your table, was definitely not.

I tried ordering from here at soar point Leicester, stonegate pub is the merchant name it was really a bad experience using this app costed me £60 I didn’t get order as well . Please take action on this immediately
Total fail
In Wimbledon. No 4G in bar so accessed your WiFi. Took forever to register and then WiFi is unusably slow. Just let me use decent WiFi. Putting a portal at the front end makes it painfully poor experience.

This app is steaming hot garbage
Title says it all. Hire people who can code lads, this is pants.
Doesn’t work
Ordered using the app and the establishment I was in had not received the order even though I was charged for the food and drink and had receipts to prove it.
