Simple and it Works!
This is the second sodium tracker I have downloaded. My doctor said I needed to track my sodium intake. I like and will continue to use this tracker because it is simple to make a list of foods and simply choose them when you want to add the sodium from that item to your daily intake.
A bonus is there are no payments that are needed to unlock needed features, it’s totally free. You simply touch the + to add a new item to your list, type the name of your item and enter the Sodium amount and then touch add to my favorites. One feature I like about a Favorites list is when you touch the item to add it to your daily total, it also allows you to enter it as a fractional or a multiple of the serving size. This eliminates the need to make multiple entries for different serving sizes.
I originally tried another Sodium Tracker and Counter made by Ten labs, however, it was essentially useless without paying for it. in the free version, it would not allow you to save it and you would have to re-enter it every time you wanted it added to your daily total.
The only improvements I would suggest would be the ability to edit the title and sodium amount of your food items that you place in the list. Currently, if you make a mistake, you must delete the item and re-enter it.
I am tracking my Sodium because I had a heart attack and this brought about to need to track it. As a heart attack victim, it would be helpful for me to also track my liquid intake as well as the fat content of foods. Perhaps this would be a good addition for a paid upgrade.

Simple but works.
Just wanted an app that would add my sodium intake and that’s what this does, plus tells you how much room you have left for the day. Nothing fancy, just works.
Nice and Simple
Thank you for updating the app!! I have used it every day for over 3 years to track my sodium due to having Meniere’s Disease. There is nothing else this simple and easy to use and I tried everything.
Sodium Tracker
It would be great if you added a line to what food you ate when you enter the sodium amount.
Perfectly minimalist
Thank you for this. Works great! Just what I was hoping for in a sodium tracker.
Not working Properly
I like this app but it keep locking up after so many entry. I have used it before. But a really good simple app but now it’s not working properly so I didn’t rate it. If it was working properly I would give it a 5
Not Useful
Does not sync with Apple Health. What else is there to say?
Not much here
I was excited to see an app for sodium tracking but unfortunately this one didn’t measure up. You can only track sodium and it doesn’t allow you to enter what food product it’s in. Another disadvantage is if you forget to enter, you cannot go back to the day before. Guess I’ll have to keep looking.
Need companion app
Love the sodium tracker. My wife however needs a simple carb tracker. You should consider creating one with the same simplicity as the sodium tracker.
Great app
I had to start a 1600 mg a day of sodium and this app is so simple to use. I also wish they made one for carbs as now I have to limit my carbs to 100 a day. Be nice to have them make one for that too. Love this app
Too basic.
Too basic. Can't choose a brand of food and an amount and have it tell you how much sodium you've had.
Favorites
Hey William! Good job on the App man. Works great!
Today was first day
Decent. But I can’t scroll down my favorites list. So what falls in favorites now is useless unless someone tells me how to scroll and add to daily total.
Basic
Too manual for my taste. If you don’t mind looking up the sodium and inputting it in here, then this will work for you. I thought you would be able to choose from list of foods like the calorie trackers, but not the case. Better off using any calorie tracker and paying to unlock the info on sodium.
Too simple
It just takes notes, very simple.
Doesn’t allow input of salt!
Fine if you’re American. No option to input in salt instead of sodium without having to manually divide by 2.5 every time. Food packets don’t list sodium here.
Nice, simple, straight forward
I'm liking everything except I can't sync it with my phone and I can't go back to add or adjust a prior day. I'd pay for this this app if it included these 2 functions. Other than that it's very useful.
Doesn't work
The app is just a shell and you cannot search or add food items -- basically worthless for tracking
Needs More Flexibility
The biggest issue is that the day ends at midnight sharp, and you can't add sodium to the previous day
Sodium Tracker
This is close to what I was seeking. Also NEEDS TO SYNC ACROSS DEVICES (e.g., phone and tablet).
