Can’t log in
Hv problem to log in after the app updated. Went to their club floor for help, staff just gave u an email to contact, just the general email indicated in the app! No replies for 2 wks. Called CS, they said u didn’t provide your info n they can’t check?? The prob is they didn’t give any instructions in the first hand, secondly, can’t they at least REPLY AN EMAIL to request further info? While the CS still on the phone n able to communicate to the back end staff, she asked me to send my phone numbers n personal info to the email again n wait! Still they r unwilling to take charge in REPLYING THE EMAIL N REQUEST THE INFO, neither will they take notes on your info n pass to the back end team! Brilliant!
