The app does not work it never connects to the device please fix the app
App does Works but steps are unclear
Overall the product works great, but the App is very unclear how to operate it. On Amazon the steps are listed, here are the steps.
Step 1: Download “SOGWIFI” App on Android / iOS phone.
Step 2: Long press power switch for 2 seconds to turn on blackhead remover.
Step 3: Connect the WiFi Device:” FYA300A-?” .
Step 4: Choose a suitable probe and suction level. Make your face to lens and assure it can clearly observe facial pore. Move acne vacuum camera back and forth around the pore. Don't leave it over 3 seconds on the same pore to avoid skin bruise.
Step 5: Clean the skin vacuum with camera and keep it dry.

Useless
Doesn’t work at all. Just says not connected.
Very happy so far!! Success
I was skeptical. But after a minute of trying and waiting for the “new” wi-fi connection it worked right away. Also remember to turn on the light to start the process. It should come on automatically once you checked off Wi-Fi suggested. It sounds strange to connect to another WiFi when technically there isn’t one in the home with that “name”. But it did in fact connect. Very happy so far!!

So easy to connect
Turn the unit on.
Go into your wi-if setting and select the units. After you select the unit it will ask you want to connect. Select yes. And you are then connected. You can record, take photos and what not on the app. Kinda gross seeing pores up close and personal lol.

Ive tried million times to connect but this app is useless. I hope this device work without app itself
Doesn’t work
If I could, I would give this app zero stars. The app doesn’t work, my wife is on and connected and it just says “not connected” no options from there so it’s useless.
