Worse Customer Service
I changed country and has no access to my old sim. Sent several emails to change my password and mobile number but every time a useless response.

This application actually never works - Pakistan is still living in stone age . After many tries i finally created my account and now cant login as application response is too slow that after some time session expired.
Issues
So many issues with the app, for example I installed this one on my old phone. Now it is impossible to move it to new phone. I have to keep my old phone alive just for this app to use. Whenever I am trying to activate on my new phone, upon receiving OTP on my phone as a text, app does not allow to key-in the OTP. Because key pad/key board does not show on the OTP screen

Various bugs exist in this app. When registering with correct info and press register, it says something unexpected happen. Same error appears when login with correct credentials.

Frustrating experience. App is full of errors. Most of time transaction ids not matching with State bank record, where everything is correct. App dont allow copy paste information, crashes half way….

After login, the app asks to update the profile by adding the father’s name. After entering the father’s name, there is a pop up message saying “something unexpected has happened please try again”

Can’t start the account because app never sends an OTP. I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Is there any way to let developers know or contact them??
