Very Bad App & Website

I am in the US, downloaded the app about a month ago, but since then I have been trying to open it continuously on my iPhone 16 Pro Max and Windows laptop, but none of them (App & FBR website) are working. Don't know where and how to report the issue or get help to resolve it.

No Data Found

This app doesn’t show any data in IT Return.

I tried to see my data but only 2020 and 2021 is shown, after that there is still no data. I tried every time after filing.
