Very Bad App & Website
I am in the US, downloaded the app about a month ago, but since then I have been trying to open it continuously on my iPhone 16 Pro Max and Windows laptop, but none of them (App & FBR website) are working. Don't know where and how to report the issue or get help to resolve it.
Tax year 2025 is not generated

This app doesn’t show any data in IT Return.
I tried to see my data but only 2020 and 2021 is shown, after that there is still no data. I tried every time after filing.

App crashes on iphone upon select income tax return
Hi, there is a bug in the app, whenever i try to open income income tax return option the application crashes immediately. So far there is no update fix for this. I am using ios 16.1.1

I was able to finally download it after several failed attempts and then trying to open it on iPhone X. None of the icons is working and all I’m getting is a spinning wheel. The website of FBR is also not working for the last several weeks I’m trying to access it from US. Not sure what to do to stay as a filer.

the app is crashing after tapping on income tax return!!
This app needs rigorous testing
Kindly test gui as many it appears there is no data being shown but then you realise you have to scroll a lot just to get to it at bottom of some page which appeared empty when you first checked and bcz of that I thought app isn’t working for first time.

Color theme is worst
Tile box color is white and the text inside the box is also white. How am I supposed to read it?

Income tax return option not working
Whenever I try to open “Income Tax Return” option it opens and crash quickly and also this app’s entire text disappears when I turn on dark mood I’m using iPhone X max
