Love this place!
I love this location, (Oracle/Orange Grove) the staff are so informative and helpful. They have great customer service!
My points are gone
My points disappeared when this app updated I know this for sure because last week when I went to the location in Tempe, the lady was kind enough to explain to me how the points worked, and after I made my purchase that day, she showed me it was at 170 points now it’s at zero where did my points go cause I spent way too much money for it to say zero when it shouldn’t

App not working on 17 pro
Ever since I upgraded to new device I couldn’t access the app
Deals posted late
Deals posted on the Sol app are posted after the sale. Frustrating to only see what was missed.
Love your store but the teasers are cruel.

AMAZING EVERY WAY
I’ve been going here for years they are just so wonderful with their service for anybody and the quality of weed is top notch! Thank you Sol Flower family 💚
Used to be good
My points no longer show. One of their employees told me to not come back in sole if I don’t like the jokes and bad service. Told me to delete my account……. I’ll never go back!!!!

Pointless
The app is supposed to be used to track and earn points, which it does not do. Useless and doesn’t work.
Made me register again
I already have an account and have made many purchases using the browser, but have not been getting rewards, the app made me register again and did not recognize my email despite already having a log in, I’ll update my review once this has been fixed
Sol
hands-down, great customer service and great deals and great quality
Sucks
Never update correctly
Rewards
Rewards keeping isn’t accurate
Latest Update
Since the latest update the app keeps crashing and closing
Lame
Search option redirect ALWAYS says item not found…many other issues
Easy to use
App is quick and easy to use
Great place to SHOP
Close by and great deals! It’s always my go to Dispensary!
Rewards points
Your reward a suck. Why would I use them and have charge full rate when it would be cheaper. No you can’t get that joint on sale for $3.75 but will I’ll charge you $10 in reward points. You’re spiking your rewards points 300%. Make it make sense. Been going here for a little bit. But this is last time.
