If there was a setting to account for shading that adjusts with the season etc. it would be more accurate. The only way now to do it is to adjust for losses.
I like the simple interface and it gives me a pretty accurate prediction for my system.

Neat App
Having solar panels it is always good to know what kind of conditions we might expect. This app is incredibly easy to use and understand and actively reflects the weather. It helps me to plan when to make good use of the energy I have stored and when not to.
I’ve had the app for quite some time and I use it everyday on my phone and IPad. It’s so useful I hope they develop a Mac version soon.

Great App
Very simple to use and setup and has all the functionality of other paid apps - great app
Not great
The predictions are all over the place and often seem completely disconnected from the actual weather forecast. I can check the BOM well in advance and see conditions that clearly don’t match what the app is predicting.
Even on a fully overcast day, the app can still predict around 65kWh of generation, when in reality we’re nowhere near even 15kWh. That makes the predictions pretty useless for planning battery usage.
It would also be really useful if the app allowed users to enter their actual generation at the end of each day. Surely feeding real-world data back into the system would help improve its future predictions.
At the moment, I just don’t find the predictions reliable enough to be useful.
