I’ve used this on my iPad for years. Great app at first. However, since. The government cuts in 2025 it no longer updates its data as frequently which makes it a poor monitor. For example today the SDO images are from 10 days ago.current images are harder to find online than they were, but they are out there.

Not worth much if it can never connect
All we get is the alarm but “no connection” is now the only response when you try to open it.

I have had this App loaded for years it has always been the best. I don’t mind paying for updated versions my philosophy on apps is you get what you pay for.

Didn’t get a notification
There was a Class X1 solar flare yesterday, 28 October, 2021 and I didn’t get a push notification. It would be nice to know if you’re no longer maintaining your app so I can delete it.

I’ve used this on my iPad for years. Great app. Recently it stopped updating x-ray flux. Bought what I took to be an update but x-rays still not updated. Just went back to it and they are working! Great! This app has a serious amount of information and may take a little getting used to. Good job.

Falsche Erwartungen...
Die App mag für Profis in Astronomie toll sein, darum gebe ich auch 4 Sterne. Ich hatte eine falsche Erwartung von dieser App, wollte sie als Warnung vor Sonnenstürmen / einem Blackout nutzen (Prepper), aber als Laie versteht man nur Bahnhof bei dieser App 🤷🏻♂️

No more updates?
This app hasn’t had an update for a couple years now. The X-Ray Flux charts haven’t updated since early March 2020. Apart from that this is a great app that I continue to enjoy. Would give it 5 stars if everything worked and it was maintained.

Man findet in dieser App alles was das Herz begehrt, wenn man sich mit der Sonne in Echtzeit auseinandersetzen möchte, ebenfalls toll; die Push Benachrichtigungen für erhöhte X-Ray Strahlung und irdische Magnetfeldstürme.. - Leider leider funktionieren bei mir die Push-Benachrichtigungen nicht, sie sind zwar eingeschaltet, aber auch bei Stürmen etc. Bekomme ich keine Nachricht. Alles in allem das Geld absolut wert und herausragende 5 Sterne

Not happy about having to rebuy the app. This version is the same as the last version except this one is not sending push notifications. The reason I purchased the app.

So far I am not impressed
I had the SDO app and loved it. The videos were breathtaking. What I miss is the sun spot and CME information and videos. I got a lot data that I don’t need or understand. Maybe the programming is evolving. For $9, I hope so.
