App doesn’t work
I’m left with an app that can’t read the inverter n support at Solup Las Vegas is of no help They want to charge me $125 to fix a hard wire issue of theirs !

Stuck in a loop
App is stuck in a loop trying to download firmware. No option to bypass or cancel. Useless.
SCAM
Stay away from Solar Edge. Junk equipment and worse customer service. Using people in India to solve a tech issue in Missouri is pathetic. They deserve no business from US.
Does not work
The app is stuck to download firmware as soon as the QR code has been scanned and impossible to go forward.

Not useable for set up
There is no way to use the iOS version of this app to connect an inverter to WiFi. The Android version has the option to connect the inverter to WiFi. This is a huge error on the developers part or Solar Edge themselves. Just another reason why I hate these systems. If I had the option I would give them negative stars.

Aplikacja nie łączy się z falownikiem ani przez skanowanie kodu qr ani ręcznie.
Problem z łączeniem
Po ostatniej aktualizacji aplikacja ma problem z łączeniem się z falownikami.
Przesyłanie aktualizacji trwa bardzo długo, pasek postępu idzie naprzód ale koniec końców się nie przesyła.
W urządzeniach posiadających najnowszą aktualizację nie można się połączyć z falownikiem wyświetla się „przetwarzanie”

Non più utilizzabile
Non riesco più a visualizzare lo stato del mio inverter. Ogni volta che provo a inquadrare il QRcode, mi dice che è impossibile recuperare i file e quindi mi chiede di riprovare o inquadrare un altro QRcode. Risolvete grazie.

This lousy app tells me I have to authenticate but will not allow me to do so and provides no explanation whatsoever

This ap won’t even let me set up an account , says check in box for Email and I never receive any , unbelievable if there was zero stars that’s what I would rate it , customer chat is a joke with predetermined questions that don’t address the issues I am having , would be nice to have live support….

Bug fixes and improvements
Release notes that state “ Bug fixes and improvements” are a cop out by a lazy product manager. What bugs were fixed? What “improvements” were made? Why isnit necessary to physically touch an inverter to get a inverter or communications status? The whole idea of an app is to be able to do more than just look at numbers. If you look hard enough with this app, and are standing next to the inverter, you can stumble across a “log”, that shows errors. Why on earth can’t we do that without being home? Good grief!

Please update your app for the new iPhone 15 software!! This app won’t run on my iPhone 15 pro it’s iOS 17
Does not work
It will not connect to another inverter. Not sure if this was an update or not. As it was working fine before. I am on an iPad.
All it does is connect and hangs on processing. Can’t go further. Tried reinstalling, didn’t work. Verified credentials were correct, didn’t help.
The app works on other devices but refuses to work on this iPad. This software is heresy.

Solaredge is junk!!
One of the worst service providers and companies I have ever had the displeasure of being associated with; nothing works!! While energy costs are going through the roof my system has failed since July 2022 ZERO production because of Solaredge Wi-Fi connectivity issues; I feel a Class Action lawsuit coming on!!
