I like my lock, I'd like it a lot better if somebody wouldn't have ran off with it.. by any chance, does it have a GPS finder or AirTag or something that tracks it?

This lock as you can see in this video will not unlock if the battery is low or dead. You can’t get an external back up battery block or spare power or plug into electricity without having to wait a good amount of time you can for sure not plug it in and immediately lock unlock your bike and leave, you can use an external portable power bike unlocked so you can go home. You will be stranded 100% take a look at the video. I’m still waiting for an answer from the company about all my questions and I hear nothing. I’m so surprised they’re still selling units, as far as safety goes, you’ll have to leave your bike wherever it is hoping you have electricity to charge it all night and your bike might be there in the next day.
