Still just crashes. Is this going to get a response or something? Anything?

Quits as soon as we launch. Going on for over month. Surprising no one is interested in fixing it for so long despite letting them know.
Seems kind of purposeful give there is a charge for wires and one cannot deposit checks without the app and will be forced to wire.

Is it ever going to work again?
App really was pretty great but for two weeks now, it doesn’t work at all. Having to mail checks for deposit. Bank is aware app isn’t working. I’m just not sure why it is not corrected yet. Anytime soon?
Doesn’t work at all
App crashes upon opening, I can’t get past a 5 second splash screen and then it crashes.

I have reinstalled the app multiple times that continues to crash as it opens. I cannot get into the app. Please fix asap.
App not working IOS 16.4
App crashes after IOS 16.4 update. Reported to bank via phone today. App will no longer open past the splash screen before it crashes.
Password Saving Poor
Unlike 99.9% of companies and apps, this Bank’s website and app save your password under a totally unrelated name (fundsexpress.com). So if you forget it or are searching for it in your keychain, good luck. Why it isn’t saved under solerabank.com (or anything to do with Solera) defies logic, but apparently they are aware and working to fix. TBD

Flexible and dependable
I have done business checking and a self directed 401k. The bank has been able to handle the complexity and all transactions have been remote and online.

New mobile app doesn’t work. Phone number to ask about how to make it work also doesn’t work.

The app tries to update but crashes. Needs to be fixed, otherwise it’s totally useless.
Love this app
I am not local to the bank so I use the app to view my account detail and most importantly, deposit checks. Works like a charm for me. Also, I like having to type in my password. It feels more secure.
Requires you to hand type password each time
The app works. But if you are using an iPhone 10 it does not use the security system or allow you to save the password. So each time you have to type the password..... it would get more stars if it did not require you to do this on a secure device. It will also reject pictures if the light is low, and the bank itself will reject checks if you don’t put the exact language on the endorsement...
