Old design, functional but antiquated transitions, graphics, and needs multiple clicks to get to the right information.
Pain to deal with
They force me to change my password about every other month. I typically have multiple checks waiting to deposit because I can’t ever access my own account. EXTREMELY frustrating!

Terrible interface
This is one of the worst apps on my phone. The password is not saved under the name “Solera” so unless you make a note it’s almost impossible to find. Face ID doesn’t work. Looks like an intern designed it in 1998

Not a true app
Lacking in a lot of the banking functionality. Good for checking balance, that’s about it.
Absolutely complicated process
By far, and we bank with no less than 10 banks, yours has made our banking experience over the last 6 years one of the most painful ones with complications that are absolutely unnecessary and the best part is WE are the depositors, your staff is entitled at best. We cannot wait to close our accounts with you.

Not user friendly
Can rarely log into the app without issues. Password constantly changes, always have to call to have the login reset. Once logged in, balance is readily available, but other than that have to call the bank to handle.
Good for what I need
Deposit is a breeze, just need to take good pictures.
