SoleusAir removed the app that previously controlled their saddle AC unit. This app is useless, just use smart life, I was able to connect my ac there.

Bad app and support

App won’t recognize my email address. States it’s illegal. Using for decades without any problems elsewhere. Customer support automated. Can’t get out of the directory. It doesn’t recognize the beeps from my IPhone

Stupid App

This appears to be the dumbest app I’ve ever seen. Just wanna turn on my dehumidifier and get started, but the device is forcing me to add Wi-Fi???? Dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. Good example of unnecessary technology. I should not need Wi-Fi to run a dehumidifier.
