cools my home office
I am pleased with this convenient unit. I am able to cool off my home office while I’m working from home. Easy to use and can program it to control remotely. I am not good at setting things up and installing electronics. This was easy, even for me! Recommend
Totally worthless app
App will not connect to 5g network. Totally useless . I already deleted the app. Now if i could only get the blinking app light to turn off. Ob well, hopefully it will burn out and finally go off. I dont even want the features on the app. I just downloaded it in hopes it would stop the blinking app light on the machine! Worthless app

All of a sudden the app stops working w/0 instructions on how to trouble shoot. Can you please let customers know why we can no longer use the app..............
App is broken and won’t load device
The app recently broke and no longer loads the device so you can’t turn it on or off or even view the device in the app rendering this unit totally worthless
