Awesome air conditioner
This has worked great from day1. So happy to have this in the hot weather. Way better than the old style window air conditioners. No problems with it at all. Easy filter maintenance and occasional water draining.

Not connecting
The app is absolutely not connecting to my air conditioner via WiFi, I try to contact costumer support but they are either not working or a different time zone. So overall this app is useless for so many reasons.
Timer features not quite working...
Setting schedules/timers is not quite there yet on this app. If you just want to manually turn the unit on/off or change any of the settings, then this app works fine. But if you want to set up a schedule, and have it actually turn on or off when you set it to....don’t hold your breath. It’s also impossible to predict what new combination of settings it will be even if you can get a timer to randomly work, there’s very little chance it will be the settings you had the last time the unit was on! If this could get worked out, it would be a 5 star app.
