Set up is proving to be difficult
Set up is asking to me to configure the data logger for the wifi connection but it does not allow me to enter the name of the wifi and password, I’m actually stuck on this process and now cannot view my data
Useless
This would be the most unfriendly app I have ever used. With the aid of ChatGpt and other AI tools myself and daughter spent the best part of 3 hours attempting to get the app to respond with our WiFi network. All to no avail.
It picked up everything but would not connect with our network making it unusable.
We are not new to networking and have many other devices working with no issues. Unfortunately this app caused more problems than we were prepared to deal with. We both have uninstalled it.

Latest version faulty
Updated to the latest version, now have no live load showing. Not an inverter or CT clamp issue, it’s purely down to the latest update.
User Enabled Shortcuts
Overall I find the app good, the visual information make it easy to understand and I enjoy looking at how the power is flowing. If one thing could really make this great is user enabled shortcuts. Right now it takes me 6 steps to get to adding my own charge time. During winter, I could be doing this daily and do find it annoying needing to go through the 6 steps each time. A quick actions or shortcuts to most used features would be a welcomed UX update

The app is delayed by minutes from the actual work on the inverter itself
Recent change is costing me money
A recent update somewhere in the system now means I’m constantly drawing 50w from the grid, even when the sun shines and the battery is full. It’s only about 20p a day but that’s about £70 over a year…
Terrible slow app
This is shockingly bad. So slow to update. Tells you what is happening 10 minutes ago. Always times out. No ability to put the battery in a timed standby from the main menu. Hence charging your car will drain the solar battery.
Very Comprehensive App
There is so much information and detail which is online generating instant results and stats which is also saved and available whenever needed. The app is responsive and easy to use but has sooo much detail and sooo many options it could overwhelm users not so tech savvy.

Up until recently it had the UI like your pictures but has now gone back to the UI that is not so good.
The AI options are amazing!!
Having been using the app for years and the new AI functionality makes it so much easier to manage my agile tariff
Time to update
This app has it value but it would be so much more useful if it would refresh itself more often. The time delay is so frustrating.

App contains detailed real time information on how system is performing. You can also look at monthly, yearly and since installation data
Under rated app
Surprisingly the app is working well on my iPhone despite not so great ratings. I do not have any issues and it just does the job admittedly the inverter functionality can not be controlled entirely from the app which is a safety feature imho
Font is too small impossible to read!
The app is ok however with the latest update the fonts used are tiny! I am struggling to read numbers even with reading glasses on. Please please use larger text!
