App used to be confusing but work

Poor Update
The app has always been quite difficult to read due to very small font size, but it generally gave you all the data you needed. For some reason the latest update has removed the ability to view historic yield and export data on a day-by-day basis, which makes this app nothing more than a just a view of what’s happening with the inverter at the current moment in time.

Complicated and not reliable
Have had this inverter and app for three months now and I am very disappointed. It cannot be relied upon to follow instructions even in manual mode! Too many options and confusing

When you’re playing audio and open this app it pauses the playback.

Do any of the programmers have a phone? The app detail is is so small it makes it impossible to review your stats or read how much your batteries are charged.

I use this app using bluetooth for solis solar inverter & every time i use it i have to log in in a very boring steps. Then made an account for wifi control but there’s a delay in giving live information. Delay in more than 6 minutes.

Why the changes?
Been using the app for the last 4 years. It’s always been perfectly functional and user friendly. The latest updates have made the UX worse and made the way to view how much energy has been generated by day/month/year is terrible. Also the font sizes in those areas are extremely small and the app doesn’t appear have font scaling and support dynamic type. I.e it fail’s accessibility standards

Too many issues
I can’t change the settings on the battery I.e. I can’t change discharge times, says the data logger is the wrong version but it’s all up to date. It won’t switch on AI battery function, it times out then errors. Just a couple but really poor software.

Could be improved
Some of the colors of the graphs are too similar to
each other that the difference is not easily distinguishable. Also, the parameters I set should stick until I change them. They keep resetting every time I open the app. This is so annoying.

New update
The new update is absolutely useless. Why change something when , before it was easy to see what battery consumption was and off load figures.

Rubbish testing!
Just discovered that the latest update to this app wiped out my battery charging time slot…great testing Solis! Can’t wait to upgrade to a proper system like Sigenergy!!
Wifi setup makes no sense
App says “Connect to data logger WiFi network. But don’t disconnect from current WiFi”. You can’t connect to 2 WiFi’s at once and the app just errors no matter what you do from there.
Great App
It is really easy to use and see your system parameters as I have two inverters I can see combined and individual performance. Once improvement would be about reading the battery charge - the dark green text background makes it hard to read the black text.
Set up is proving to be difficult
Set up is asking to me to configure the data logger for the wifi connection but it does not allow me to enter the name of the wifi and password, I’m actually stuck on this process and now cannot view my data
