Recently, I wrote a review disappointed due to issues I was experiencing. I thought customer support was ignoring me. I kept checking my emails and found that I wasn’t being ignored. Disappointed
I’ve been playing this game and although I’ve won, I have withdrawn some money and for one never received it into my PayPal account. Now for some odd reason, I can’t play any cash games. I get a message saying they can’t verify who I am and I have tried several times to contact customer support and haven’t received any response either. I’m quite disappointed. I gave it 5 stars only because I do win. I figure if I write this review someone or somehow I’ll get a response. I have $20 just sitting there and I can’t play, if no response comes through, I’ll delete this game and cut my losses and won’t recommend getting this app game!!!

As soon as you withdraw, they block your account
This game is a scam and I plan to take on legal action. I created an account on my phone and ended up winning 40 dollars, which I wanted to withdraw before I lost them all - great idea right? Well, I did put in the withdrawal request, for a day it kept showing me processing until the next day when I opened my account, it showed feature blocked. Not only that they took away whatever little balance I had left, blocked everything out, even playing, depositing etc.
I was mad about it but thought maybe it was my phone issue, so I let it go after registering a complaint with them (never heard from them at all, as if my mail doesn’t even exist). So I ended up creating another account after updating the app and this time won some money that I put a withdrawal request for and guess what, it was the same pattern as before.
I have wasted days on tryin to win and then they just go ahead and block your account if you try to withdraw. This is utterly unethical how they would dupe people of their money and time.
If this is not taken care of, I plan to take legal action. This is unacceptable!

Game locks up
I only gave this game a three star. For the most part, it works great, but there have been several times that I have one quickly and if I win too quickly, then it locks up and will not submit by game. This is very frustrating. It said it had fixed the bugs but I tell you you still have more. I will probably move onto another game if this doesn’t get adjusted.

Will hold your money hostage.
The games never clear, they pend for 24 hours then will eventually refund. When they do match, seems semi fair (although you’ll lose more than you win and it counts as a win (which probably affects the algorithm) even when you actually lose money). Support is completely unresponsive. I also have not been able to withdraw my money because it says I have reached the withdrawal limit which is nonsensical. I am supposed to be able to withdraw funds at any time, they won’t let me take anything out and won’t respond to any support messages (I do not have a pending withdrawal).

Avoid this game
These games are all scams and this is one of the worst. They give you bonus money making it look like you have already won, however you cannot withdraw it. They also charge a $1.50 withdrawal fee which is utterly ridiculous. Additionally, you only make out by winning (taking first). If you’re second it’s break even and third loses money versus your bet.
Most interesting is the fact that when I played for gems, I would almost always end up in first or second. Playing for money, I couldn’t count the number of times I ended up 4th. I also believe there are fictitious players. Perhaps the game randomly assigns names with 3 numbers at the end, but almost every game I lost had those profile names ahead of me (took screen shots for proof). Hard to believe that this many people playing didn’t change their names. The odds are infinitesimal. Play this at your own risk.

Cancelled account as soon as I went to make a withdrawal
I had over 450$ in funds, as soon as I went to make a withdrawal my account was frozen and the funds completely drained. Apparently I had a previous account that I didn’t remember at all, but apparently hadn’t been used in over a year, so clearly was not the account I was using, and since it “violates the terms” the account I actually did use was cancelled. I understand this is the policy, however, when I tried to contact them to have them delete the other account, that I was clearly not using, I was simply given a form response and never contacted again despite many attempts. Clearly they did not want me making that withdrawal and simply blocked me from doing so.

Once you add money the games will get harder to complete….no matter what you score you will lose..the ones who made this game is rich and continue being rich as long as stupid people thinking they will make a quick come up…I repeat do not add real money to the game..I’ve lost over 1,000 dollars here …..you will have a 100% better chance playing scratch off….if you don’t believe me add money to this game…if your smart you can thank me later!!! I did it so you won’t have to go through the trouble….they will let you win a little then no matter what you score someone will score higher….this game is not official I’ve lost over 1k with high scores of 5400 and better…don’t believe me just play…then it will start saying you made a deposit or withdrawal of to much for the month

WINNING
I Have been playing this and at least nine other “win money” games. I was going thru my history and I noticed that I have won all but two games. When I mean won I mean got more back than I put in. I play solitaire. I am old and slow but somehow I always win for the most part. Just wanted to let people know this game is better than most. The only thing about the solitaire that is frustrating is I have to move the cards around unless they are scoring cards. The. I can hit the card and it goes home. It is not automatic where I just hit the card and it moves the whole stack for me. But…..I still win. Thank you. JJ

First of all, if you haven't used solitaire fortune yet make sure to enter the reward coupon "L6E3CX" on the sign up screen to get a $30 bonus!! Enter it after it asks for your number. If you've already signed up you can enter the reward coupon on the profile menu if you scroll to the very bottom. Heft a review before but it's time to update. I've been playing this for awhile now, and I enjoy the game variety along with the different amounts you can play for. I also like the new events going on, smaller initial entry fee with bigger wins if you get within the top 2 even. I've seen a lot of reviews on here about how the withdraw process doesn't work, or how they don't get it. I was pretty skeptical when I finally had enough I felt I could withdraw. At first, nothing seemed to happen. Reached out to customer service, super helpful right away!!

Decent game but have to add bank account
The game itself is nicely made and fun. Weekly leaderboards so you play new people is great but my biggest issue is adding a bank account. I can put money on with a card but they won’t let you withdraw your money back to that card. Sketchy to put a bank account in there instead of letting us use the same card. Add this to the game for 5 stars.

I had been playing solitaire cash and an ad came on for this app and so I downloaded and was skeptical then shockingly suprised after I received my FIRST withdrawal after less then 48 hours ! Fun game but discouraging…
I enjoyed the game but quickly lost money, even though I was often second or third. One problem. The players are not evenly matched. I noticed a couple of players that won consistently with very high scores, while the remainder of the players came in with less than half the winners scored. Obviously, there are some highly skilled players that always win. It would seem more fair to place players in categories to their skill level. Secondly, playing the wheel of fortune and only winning a penny or three cents every time…what kind of reward is that? What I am saying is unless you are quite skilled, your chances of winning anything are not good.

They build you up then bring you down
They build you up. You get a little winning streak going then suddenly you’re losing but not just losing once or twice but get on a massive losing streak. They put you against players much better than you once you start to build up. Don’t waste your money. You’ll win 50% of the time then that drops to about 10% of the time. Often, the people you lose to have weird names that suggest they aren’t even real players. FAKE GAME!

Ads say it is honest, but its not.
I had a few games that paid less than they were supposed to pay. I contacted support with game ID and two days after my contact they said send a screenshot. The games had already fallen off my history, I asked support how to see older history, their response was send a screenshot. How can I screenshot something I can't see? They should be able to look based on game ID. They just did not want to pay.

Based on their own ad, this is a fake game
The ad for solitaire fortune starts by saying “Does your game charge you money? Fake Game!” So that should be fair warning to anyone that decides to play this game, as they paid money for that ad to tell u it’s a fake game. And yes, u can play without spending $ but unless you pay money to play you won’t win any money. So thanks for the heads up that this is a fake game!

Best Solitaire Game
I have played them all. Every single solitaire cash game on iOS. I deleted them all except this one. I deposited $5. I won $424 in one day. I withdrew $200 of it, and got it in my bank account the next day even though it says it takes 14 days, it didn’t. I highly recommend this game but you have to be really fast to win as most the games are multiple players and these players are really good.

Lost non-cash play
I’ve been playing for a few weeks, mostly the non-cash option, trying to determine if playing for cash would be too much loss. I do fairly well on non-cash (up to 3k chips available) and play cash when the daily reward builds up. I have what feels like a higher level of loss rate with the bonus cash. But I keep playing hoping to get good enough to make the cash option worth it.
Today, the non-cash option is gone. Only pay-to-play is available.

Withdrawal requests take for ever!!
Ridiculous. Submitted a withdrawal request. Submitted required info. 2 weeks later they tell me there was an issue and to confirm the withdrawal info. Since then they’ve been playing dumb - sent into 4 times, each time they claim the email is black. What a joke
