Hello, we deeply value your time spent sharing your feedback with us. When it comes to ride matching, we offer two options: public and private rides. Public rides match users based on similar routes and time preferences. For a specific co-carpooler, choose a 'private ride' and select their name in the booking request. Our utmost priority is passenger safety. To protect privacy, detailed passenger information is limited. Only registered and approved accounts can use the app. We'd love to hear more about your app experience. For any questions, reach us at carpool@solitudemountain.com.
