App won’t load my account
The app won’t load my account no matter what I do. So now I can’t make a parking reservation to be able to park for work. They don’t seem to have a website available for this garage, there are no alternatives to access it.

I can’t even make a reservation as it’s left buffering for a long time.

$6.50 a day (weekdays in the day) simple and covered parking garage. The valet scans you in and out.

It added my credit card easily and was super easy to reserve a spot. However it has no pricing info anywhere.
No price information
It doesn’t say what it costs to reserve a spot. It doesn’t say whether the cost from 5 am - 10 pm is the same as the cost from 12 pm to 1 pm. I tried to create a fake reservation so I could see the price on the confirmation screen, and there was no confirmation screen; it just made the reservation without giving the cost. I canceled the reservation right away. I better not get charged for it.
