Not even one star deserved
I had a really bad experience with this home salon service. During waxing, my hand was burned, which was extremely painful and concerning. The professionals did not appear to be properly trained or equipped to handle the service safely.
They were not wearing a proper uniform and did not bring a professional salon kit. They also brought a used towel, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective.
What made the experience worse was the inadequate customer care support after the incident. I expected proper assistance and accountability, but the response was far from satisfactory.
For a service involving direct contact with the skin, hygiene, training, and professionalism should be non-negotiable. I would strongly recommend that the company address the training and hygiene standards of its professionals and improve its customer support before sending them to customers' homes.

Very economical app
Once I started using its services, there’s no going back to any other app. This is way more economical and pocket friendly along with the amazing services that their professional executives provide.
