helped me stop
I use this app to stay sober and it’s been so helpful. The features are incredible, I use the breathwork to go to bed and the tracker everyday. I’ve tried a few different ones but this one was the first one that really fit my life.
Best I’ve found so far
Simple. Intuitive. Beautiful, solstice feels like an app that just works. Has been a tremendous help to me, the AI sponsor has really helped me when those I love can’t respond. Highly recommend!
