App crashes on location screen
Looks like the recent update came with a bug that crashes the app when advancing to the location/map screen.
App is broken
Reports are not being submitted. App is broken and does not work.

Super easy to use
Makes submitting issues to the city really fast. Take a picture, double check that it got the description right, and press submit.

Buggy GPS
Location population feature constantly uploading wrong address and often different street. This does not allow proper reporting

This app is such a lifesaver. 100x better than the official 311 app, I truly canāt recommend it enough if you live in SF and file 311 reports
Great app butā¦
Love the app but it would be great if there was a way to report or block blatantly racist posts that one or two users seem to be actively putting up. Tried to find a way to report the posts but couldnāt find anywhere to do so.
This app is the best
It used to be such a frustrating process creating 311 tickets with the city. Even with their app, it was slow clunky and not worth the time on most days. With this app, I can responsibly report things in the right channels with almost no effort. And being able to check back in later to see that theyāve been addressed makes me feel a lot better.

Perfect App, 1 sec reporting is amazing
This app is so impactful. It allows people to report things that they normally wouldnāt report in about one second and on top of that thereās a group chat that you can give feedback for the app which allows him to make updates to it weekly that can fix routing bugs on the backend with different city department so things actually solved

Itās super problematic to allow a 3rd party app to submit official complaints. Ripe for abuse. App is designed to allow neighbors to rat on each other. This is not how neighbors should behave
