More than I was hoping for

This app is more than I ever expected. It is perfect combination of education, practical application, and gentle pacing. I have been using the app daily and can see the effect in my life. Thank you for making this accessible to everyone with such an unbelievable price. It is easily worth 10x this.

Unexpectedly very helpful

When I started using the app I was ambivalent about its potential.
It turns out that, to my surprise, it has made an enormous difference in my overall well-being, in my level of general feeling of peace and has resulted in a drastic improvement of my sleep. If you have tried similar apps (like I did) this one is the one that will make a real difference.

Love this app

This app is fantastic. One of the best mediation apps I’ve used. The interface is clean, the guided meditations are excellent, and the narrator’s voice is soothing (surprisingly hard to find). 5 stars.

Dedicated NSDR Session Generator

I was looking for a way to listen to Non-Sleep-Deep-Rest sessions that didn’t just repeat the same script over and over. This app is perfect. There’s some really interesting and unique elements (skills) such as a 75 breaths and manifestation of opposites. Outside of the skill progression you can have the app randomise an NSDR session, incorporating the skills you’ve unlocked anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour!

I feel much calmer and sleep better too! Highly recommended

Okay

Initially, I was intrigued by the various activities in a single session: breathing exercises, rotation of awareness (similar to a body scan), brief visualisations, etc.

By the time I got to sessions in the 40-50 minute range, however, I began to find the whole thing bothersome. The narrators’ voices have a definite robotic edge to them. Many of the exercises are conducted too quickly, which I found frustrating. And in the end, it was just too many bits and pieces strung together with no discernible end point.
