I tried uninstalling and installing a few times, just couldn’t even create an account and the app just crashed and closed

Got a nudge from a credit card company to check this out. I still for the life of me figure out what you do or how to sign up for it or how anything works. Incredibly confusing.

Shipments are almost always late
You may be better off ordering from another subscription service. We’ve often found ourselves frequently following up with their customer service chat. They don’t provide tracking numbers so it’s generally a mystery when it comes.
The selections are quite good though when you do receive them.
