Got a nudge from a credit card company to check this out. I still for the life of me figure out what you do or how to sign up for it or how anything works. Incredibly confusing.

You may be better off ordering from another subscription service. We’ve often found ourselves frequently following up with their customer service chat. They don’t provide tracking numbers so it’s generally a mystery when it comes.

C’est du vol. Le processus d’annulation d’abonnement a été fastidieux. J’ai payé plusieurs mois dans le vide et je n’ai jamais utilisé cette application sans valeur ajoutée.
Great customer service
Natalie has spectacular picks for the monthly bundles. I was hesitant at first as I usually stick strictly to Napa cabs but I’m so glad I ventured out of my comfort zone and tried her pics!

Best wine app there is!
This app has changed my wine game. I’ve always went with the wines I know and I needed to explore ways to be more creative. This app has helped made my choice selection without any issues. I loved it so much that I ended up getting membership which has opened up a new avenue for wine drinking and perks that are unreal! Highly recommend it!

Good in theory
Good in theory but zero value in British Columbia. One option here only for discounts and the Okanagan is a significant wine region. Tried the free trial of the upgrade and have cancelled.

I have the latest iPhone software and their app doesn’t work. Keep clicking get started and it does nothing. Have deleted and reinstalled . Total mess
Terrible UI
I’m trying to sign up for a membership and when I get to the address box I can add my all of my pertinent information but when it comes time to hit the save button to go to the next step, the app does not minimize the iPhone keyboard or at the very least allow me to scroll to the bottom to hit the save button. I’ve tried signing up for this membership on my iPhone my iPad and my wife’s iPhone and it’s not working.

Love this app
I really enjoy the recommendations from this app - instead of relying on users who have the same wine knowledge as me (not much), I get a wine selected by an expert, and it gives me a couple options instead of hundreds. I also subscribed to the wine subscription and I’m loving what I’ve gotten so far! Tons of perks too. Can’t wait to see how it evolves!

Won’t go away
I downloaded it, and once I learned what it was (a gateway to continually bug me to spend money with them), I deleted it. But despite my attempts to permanently delete it, it keeps reinstalling itself on my device without my permission. Developers: Please disable this facility!! When I delete your app, it’s because I do NOT want it! Don’t keep putting it back on my phone!! 😡👎

Didn’t work for me
Perhaps I didn’t give it a chance but initially, to set up an account, I needed to sign in with Google or Apple, not with my email and unique password. Then when I tried to select a wine, I received different varieties, no idea of cost or specific brands. I was not planning on a fee based app to select my wine. Perhaps I have missed the point.

Duck is POULTY. It is not meat.
Some odd findings in the pairing with food section, it would benefit from some attention as I suspect this what many of us were seeking when we installed this app.
For example, it is mandatory to have your poultry with some sort of sauce: a simple roast chicken or turkey cannot be paired with wine… scotch is is, then.
The poultry section would also benefit from offering a few groupings, similar to the meat section. Chicken/turkey, goose/duck, ostrich/sandhill crane etc.
Oh wait, the meat section is where you find duck. Well, maybe when pigs can fly they will put it in the poultry section. But it will then require a sauce, as a simple roast pig will not fly (so to speak).
As with poultry, roasting the meat called duck is not an option, but “raw” is! Ok maybe duck carpaccio, but how common is that vs a nice roast bird.
That said, most of the recommendations are solid, and a few are bordering on inspired, like vinho verde with shellfish, nebbiolo with grilled red meat, and viognier as top choice for buttery sipping wine. And Beaujolais with chicken cacciatore - surprisingly nice! So the sommelier clearly knows their stuff… maybe just bring in a chef for a consult on structuring the food side.
Overall a good early effort, my whining notwithstanding (no pun intended of course).

Cool concept
I like the idea. I’m using it mostly for LCBO recommendations. There’s some degree of integration but not fully. eg. prices don’t always align and the app doesn’t seem to know whether that bottle is actually in stock or not.
Extremely fun and useful
Really easy app to use, it makes choosing wine pairings easy, but also offers really interesting wines I would never choose!
