and it was literally unusable!

I missed a concert from my favorite band years ago and I said never again. Songkick has kept me up to date on those I want to see live! Love the notifications and how it gathers all the information for me

Just updated this app & lost all my history. Now can’t scan my Spotify account to automatically track artists - have to do one by one! Worse than useless now

Incredible app trashed!
This app had been incredible for years! Why did you let some incompetent hack deploy something that no longer works?
Time to fire some people, and either hire competent people, or just put back what used to work and keep it unchanged and out of the hands of the incompetent.

Updated layout is horrible
Scrolling through the concerts is way worse now because the titles and pictures are random. It makes it much harder to read since it is not consistent.
Late and useless
Recommends artists that it says I’m tracking when I’ve never actually heard of the artist. Send notifications for upcoming gigs days later than other more reliable apps.

By the time I get a notice on song kick that a group I like will be close by, very few ditckets are remaining.
Why remove the share link?
I swear there used to be a share link on each concert, but that seems to have been removed? I want to ask friends if they want to go to a gig. Now I have to screen shot to share which doesn’t bring anyone else to your app. If I show I’m interested then I can share to Instagram only. Other social media exists. What a strange decision to remove a really useful feature.

New UI is an abomination
They’ve made some UI changes that make the list of gigs extremely difficult to parse. It’s an accessibility nightmare, but I guess that’s what happens when you get acquired by a slop company.
Standing outside of a venture for a show that happened yesterday. RIP $25 uber ride.

Update to the app destroyed the flow of the user experience. The green toast message at the top is obnoxiously always in my way.
Ironically, “never miss a show”, turns into “why do I use this app if I have to consistently fact check it?”.
The dates aren’t verified for the artists, shows, or venues.
Using this app solely as your notification system is not viable. I will write my own application for my own concert and event scheduling.

Songkick or LEAVE!!!!
I’ve been using this app for YEARS!!!! Always lets me know when my fav artists are coming near me, introduces me to new festivals, & gives me multiple options to purchase tickets so it’s really easy to compare prices. Literally the best app ever and I’m always introducing it to people. I know this sounds like an ad I promise it’s not I just really do love this app - hard to believe I know so many people without it.
