User reviews

Unfair business practices

I have used this app for many years as a free user. I listen to the sleep music every night having it loop and play on repeat. Recently, the app forced me to update the app and the new update no longer allows me to repeat the song in the a loop unless I pay for the premium membership. I am low income so that's why I use the free content in the app but now I can't.

This app continues to amaze me

After years of use it continues to quite my monkey mind and enables me to sleep soundly
If I have a major project I use it often in the day to help me focus. Thank you to the Groves team.

I don’t know if I was really tired or what

Was feeling very anxious last night and downloaded this app.. after listening to one of the recordings I gradually closed my eyes and saw odd colors and shapes, fell asleep, then had a decent dream whilst I hadn’t dreamt in a month. I’ll give props to this app for doing something

Fantastic App

This really does do wonders for de stressing!

Great app for relaxation, focus and sleep

I thoroughly enjoy this app, as it’s smartly designed to enhance meditation through combing sound therapy with guided meditation. The selections are plentiful; the developers are amazingly responsive and generous to a degree I have frankly never witnessed.

Personally this app has been a godsend in reducing stress and helping me relax in general.
