About

Sore after training and not sure what is still recovering? SoreTrace is a quiet, private log for exactly that. Tap a region on the body map, pick how sore it feels from 1 to 5, and you are done in about five seconds. The map colours each area by how sore it is and fades it back toward ready as time passes, so one glance tells you what is still working through it and what is good to train again. WHAT IT DOES • Body map logging — eleven regions, front and back, with a smooth 3D turn between them. Coarse on purpose: this is a feel-based log, not an anatomy quiz. • A five-point soreness scale — from barely noticeable to hard to move. • Recovery at a glance — every area cools from sore back to ready over time, so the map is a live picture of your week rather than a list to read. • Gentle stretch reminders — log something at 3 or above and SoreTrace can nudge you a few hours later with one simple stretch idea for that area. • History you can edit — swipe to remove a log, undo if you swiped wrong. • Built for training routines — push, pull, legs, run days, climbing, whatever leaves you sore the next morning. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No sign-up. No cloud sync. No analytics. Your logs are written to your own device and stay there. Delete the app and the data goes with it. NOT A MEDICAL APP SoreTrace tracks how you say you feel and suggests easy stretches. It does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for a physio, doctor, or coach. If something hurts sharply, persists, or worries you, please see a professional. SORETRACE PRO The essentials are free forever, including the body map, unlimited logging, the recovery view, and reminders. SoreTrace Pro adds: • Full recovery history — every log you have ever made, not just the most recent seven. • Personal recovery insights — active areas, total logs, and the region you log most often. • Flexible reminders — choose 1, 3, or 6 hours instead of the fixed default. Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm anything. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. What's New in SoreTrace

1.0.2

September 17, 2026

Fixes and polish. - The body map now updates when you return to the app, so it always shows how recovered you are right now rather than when you last looked. - Removing a log also removes its stretch reminder. - Logs can be removed with a long press as well as a swipe, and every row now reads out its full state with VoiceOver. - The app name no longer breaks across two lines in the header, and the onboarding button fits on smaller phones. - Small text is a little brighter for easier reading.
