Fantastic app

I’m a high school student with a very demanding course load and set of extracurriculars, so I sometimes can get very stressed and burnt out. The use of binaural beats, however, enables me to work for long periods of time while maintaining high levels of focus. I also use binaural beats to wind down and take 20 minute power naps while listening to binaural beats, which I find leave me feeling more well rested than usual.

This app allows me to intuitively navigate between the tracks of different types (e.g. relaxing, focusing, etc.). I absolutely love it and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone that currently uses binaural beats or to anyone who wants to try them out!
