STILL Can’t log in after a year!
What is up with the log in issue? I just now updated the app and still can’t log in!
Continuous Login
This app for some reason has quit working properly. When I log in, the app goes in a continuous circle of going back to the login prompt asking me to login again.
Login Over and Over and Over But No Access
Every time you attempt to login it looks like the app will take you to the app’s home screen but then it boots you out to the login screen again. One of the most important things an app should do is actually be able to access its contents. The SoundExchange technical team needs to get their act together. Indie artists don’t need additional headaches.

Doesnt Work - Continual Login Page
I enter my login credentials and see my page open briefly before i am redirected to login again. I cant access anything past the login page
Worst app on the market
When I try to sign in with CORRECT credentials it says email incorrect. Then I go to google to sign in with the same credentials and “BOOM” I’m in. I like SoundExchange but you guys have a lot of work to do with this app. To be as big as a company you are, this should not be happening.
Also, it is very difficult to upload a bulk csv file on the website.

I can’t login to the app because each time i try to enter my username and password the login screen just disappears and the app freezes.

What’s the sense of having this app if you can’t login? Enter your info and you just end up staring at a screen with a background pic.
New updated needed
Unfortunately, much like another review, each time I log in with my credentials, the app gets stuck in a loop of loading and bringing right back to the sign-in page.

I updated to iOS 18 and now I cannot use the app. Can’t log in.

This app doesn’t work well at all. Logging in alone is a task! Maybe you guys don’t see this as a priority but for the music community, it’s important!

I haven’t been able to get on this app for probably 8 months. I log in and that’s where it stays. Never loads
I like SoundExchange…
I like SoundExchange and appreciate what they do. But, for everything I try to do with this app, update my contact, bank, catalog, etc. I’m sent to the website. I could’ve just not installed the app and gone to the website. At least I found stuff to fix in my account. I just hope SoundExchange doesn’t feel like this is it for the app and they make improvements.

Nice start
When I tried to login, I typed my email and part of my password. I had to go to a different app to remember my password. Then I immediately went back to this app to finish typing the password… but everything was blank. My work had been erased. Very Annoying. Maybe you could fix this right away so it doesn’t annoy everyone else.
