App no longer shows usage data
App now only shows temperature graph on usage queries and no kwh bar is shown at all, rendering the app useless for my purposes.

Has a few glitches that are very aggravating. When I go to look at my usages, particularly around end / start of billing cycles, does some weird things with dates.
Also have to close my VPN in order to log in to my account. If I leave VPN on, it just spins and then gives error message.

I haven’t been able to access the app in months. I have tried everything. Doesn’t open
Need to update payment choices
I like the convenience of paying through the app. However, there should be “other amount” option to select. There are times that it would be easier budget wise to pay more than the monthly payment option.
Needs some updates
Love the app. Just wish u could make it more flexible in the amount that I pay. Sometimes I like to pay ahead cuz of my pay periods. An the dates of pay should be more flexible. Most of use that work get paid every two weeks and r pay day is the day after the due date. Just my opinion. Would like the app to be better.
