Not impressed
Very user unfriendly, things are not clear or they simply don’t work. Support is iffy, I think it depends who you get. A number of times I have received instructions and they do not work, or I’m told to do something only to find the web site does not follow the instructions. I was given two phone numbers of people”who would certainly know the answer.” One I left a message, never got called back, the other could not get to.

Password reset function doesn’t work even though it says I have an account already.
Waste of time and download space
Can not even support basic information as registering.
Fantastic!
At first I had issues with this app because it would not allow me to register on the mobile app itself. You have to accept the invitation via email first, click “register” in the email and create your password from the website. Once you have an account registered from the email invite, you can then download the app and login. 😊
