Awful registration process
Possibly one of the most painful registration processes I’ve ever had with an app. You need to involve the gym staff multiple times to get the email sent out(which it won’t send from the app. Once you set up the password via the gym’s website you then go into the app to log in and it won’t accept it. After 5attempts it locks you out. Utterly ridiculous

Scam organisation stay away!
The jack up prices and when you try and leave they tell you to request a cancellation through the “member portal” I have been searching for this mystical member portal for an hour. The entire organisation is shady af and I regret signing up

This morning I heard it was Daniel’s last day in Port Melbourne he’s moving to Hawthorne club. If it wasn’t for Daniel and his patience I would never have been able to get on the app. He’s always been so friendly and always acknowledges members. We will miss you at port melbourne! Agnes

The kind staff is only the beginning for this amazingly organised and well run gym. The user interface for this app is so easy to use. I really appreciate all the thought gone into this enterprise. Well worth your money.

I have found this app so helpful for checking classes that are suitable for me on the time and day I need them. I set the reminder and it lets me know when the booking opens. It makes things easier for me. Thanks.
Nice little app
Very easy to manage and use. Features are simple enough to use once getting used to all the functions.
Useless
Unable to use. Can’t log in. Reinstalled now locked out. No recovery email. Meanwhile I’m being charged fees and can’t book a class. Tried calling but no answer multiple times. Very frustrating service for what is an expensive gym membership. Will be canceling membership.
