This app is just about inhumane . Imagine having to use a drop down menu for dealing with your doctor. I have a serious issue that I’ve already waited for two weeks to even talk to a doctor about, can’t walk, am in constant pain, went to urgent care for a X-ray that was totally inconclusive and the system ( ha!) sez I can see a doctor in a month! In the meantime I can’t work can’t even get to my bedroom on another floor without pain. It’s disgusting, I could get my car repainted in less time than it takes to see a Southcoast doctor with a serious problem.

I found your portal to be extremely difficult to navigate. I just wanted to reschedule my appointment with Southcoast Health in Pooler and I spent over 15 minutes trying to find my doctor and the correct location. My doctor goes by Dr Misal Patel in the Pooler Georgia facility. Why don’t you have a separate portal for each location. Secondly your answering service is not helpful if they can’t get a message to your scheduling department to cancel a appointment. Why even deal with them because if it was an emergency they tell you to go to the emergency room. Anyhow and I am sure that if my doctor had the day off he would say the same go to the ‘emergency room because how can he treat you properly with out having your vital signs . Trust me I very much appreciate my doctor my problem is your portal. Thank you

Your ap is horrible
Been trying to schedule an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Can’t get anywhere. At this point I’m figuring it would be easier to die! Less hassle
Does not work
I follow instructions to make an appointment but after I select save my spot it just disappears and I don’t get a response or notification and when I go my name is not on the list. Very frustrating
