Face ID not working

It’s just a so-so app. Has basic info, doesn’t do anything fancy. I just use it to track my claims. But yeah, Face ID doesn’t work.

Does Not Work

At log in it keeps spinning spinning and spinning after inputting my name and password. I can literally hear the elevator music.

APP IS A SCAM DONT DOWNLOAD IT!

Takes your information then brings you to blank account activation page. God knows who has my personal information now. Tried to find a report button but there doesn’t seem to be one. I recommend Apple take this app down asap! I found out the app was fake by calling blue cross blue shield and them directing me to the correct app.
