Principal payments
Love the app, but would really like the option to make separate principal payments to loan accounts. Currently have to call the bank if I want to do this. Please add this feature!

I have been with Southeastern Bank for at least 30 years! I enjoy the service I receive from a smaller bank. Most of the people who I have spoken with are very knowledgeable and helpful to me and have been with this branch for years also !
Confusing app
This app is so ridiculously confusing and complicated. I moved from well known bank and am now rethinking that move. Between deposits not showing up and the complications of this app I’m very disappointed.
