Principal payments
Love the app, but would really like the option to make separate principal payments to loan accounts. Currently have to call the bank if I want to do this. Please add this feature!

I have been with Southeastern Bank for at least 30 years! I enjoy the service I receive from a smaller bank. Most of the people who I have spoken with are very knowledgeable and helpful to me and have been with this branch for years also !
Confusing app
This app is so ridiculously confusing and complicated. I moved from well known bank and am now rethinking that move. Between deposits not showing up and the complications of this app I’m very disappointed.

I have been banking with the Darien/Southeastern Bank for 55 years with the same account number. I have always had good service.
I worked there for over 17 years until I retired in 2012. I loved my job and I really enjoyed working with my coworkers. We were all one big family. I miss it especially my customers.

This new app is garbage you lose all your previous bill pay and it doesn’t show my transactions from the weekend when it was going through maintenance
