This app is brilliant! I tell everyone about it and how easy it is to use. My son insisted on using google maps because or its features and I said “so does the app” my brother was using something else and I said “try the app” so simple and really helpful. Everyone who uses public transport on the island should use it!!

This has got to be one of the best bus services I have travelled on in the South of England
Superbly useable
This is the most user-friendly and helpful bus journey planner that I’ve come across… you even get the exact location of each bus stop. Journey planning is easy, as you can set it up to always use your current location as a start point, and it will navigate to your destination telling you the right number of buses to catch, the location of the bus stops and accurate timings. Can’t fault it. 5*

App Payment Duplication Issue
App accepts invalid email addresses entered in error, app then takes payment and presumably tries to deliver bus passes to the invalid email address. No customer service, card company refunded.
Late bud
The buses are late most of the time even if the bus doesn’t come to the stop they don’t inform it most of the time
Suggestion to aid wheelchair users.
It would be good if the driver could update (in real time) whether there is already a wheelchair on the bus, as there is only 1 wheelchair space.

Best bus service ever!
Bus service coverage from north to south and east of the island is just amazing! The app makes such a difference - no time wasted standing at the bus stop, nor having to get wet in the rain. I really can’t fault it!
Great app but one issue
This is a great app and it is really useful. I use it every time I’m navigating around the Isle of Wight using public transport as a VI person. Public transport is very useful especially buses in this situation as they cover so much of the island however the one issue I find with the app is when I go onto the search button on the main screen and then I click on timetables the whole app completely freezes. I hope this isn’t a issue that can be solved very easily and very quickly as I say apart from this it’s an amazing app and I will definitely continue to use it especially if this issue is fixed but at this moment this issue Practically locks away half the app that was before accessible. I hope you take this with you into consideration.

Not tech savvy
Bought two tickets on line - not tech savvy so screenshot the QR code and managed to lock ourselves out the account!
I emailed and Liz answered very quickly with support. Darren the driver was patient, kind and a complete professional to everyone boarding the bus.
Met Peter at Yarmouth and he was also very helpful.

Needs Apple Wallet Support
Handy to have the option to buy digital tickets but it’s missing the ability to add tickets to Apple Wallet. This would be much more convenient as then they could also be displayed in the Apple Watch if the phone battery has died. Most other travel providers offer this so it would be great if this could be included in a future update

Reliable info. Realtime tracking. Best fares info. This is one of the best ‘bus’ apps 8ve ever used. Buses on the Isle of Wight are some of the best in the county.
