Love the haircut but issues with app
Issues with the app where appt times are back to back which doesn't make sense for travel time for the stylist. And one time there are a lot of times but then there are very few the next minute. Haircut and service were great. But it was clear that the app does not provide enough travel time for the hairstylists.

App Busted
Same issue. You have to create an account and give up all of your information in order to see if they’re in your service area. Not ideal. After getting in, I confirmed my house was serviceable, but then when I went to add a specialty short cut, the follow up form completely broke, making it impossible to actually schedule an appointment. Disappointing app. Will be putting in a request to remove all of my information.

I second the review from MrWho
Update: I created a fake account using an online temporary email account and online temporary phone number to verify the SMS code, just to verify service is available in my area. The Devs must enjoy having junk user accounts in their DB since they require your info before allowing you to even know if you can use the service, sheesh! Original Review: You cannot do anything with this app on iOS, including check your area for service availability despite what the developer replied to MrWho, without logging in. I have over 300+ online accounts that I am trying to parse down, the last thing I want is another account that’s waiting to be caught in a data breach, especially if, like mentioned before, I create the account only to find service isn’t available in my area. Remove the login wall, let users into the garden to look around and verify they can use the service before hitting them with a login prompt they cannot get past.

Love it
Got a fantastic haircut in the comfort of my own home. What’s not to love?
Developers need training
I gave this a one star due to the lack of foresight of the developers to have someone download, create user names and password, verify account info using text, creating a home or location contact and then come back with “sorry not in your area”.
Why not have this at the start or is the goal to just capture or info to sell to others???

Response from developer
Hi MrWho, We're terribly sorry you had a bad experience. In response to customer feedback, the most recent version of the app (1.6.1, the version you are running) does offer the option to check your address for availability before providing any other personal information. We're sorry, we will work to make this easier to notice in our next update. We do take your privacy concerns very seriously, we were unable to find your account by the name "MrWho", but if you contact support@spadash.com we would be happy to have your account information removed entirely from our system.
