reports always empty
That last screenshot where it says “No report history” is pretty accurate, because it will not show anything after you report a message. I tried reporting it from the blue link under the message and from the more button. Nothing.
Rarely Works
When I tap “report message” it rarely opens the app and completes the report. I have noticed no less spam either.
It has gotten much better
When I started using Spam Response I had to enter all info on the website. The app has made reporting simple and quick. Each text from an Unknown Sender appears with a message “This sender is not in your contact list” and is followed by a blue highlighted button “Report Message”. Tapping that button has worked well in reporting.

Slow to respond, doesn’t appear to work
When “Report Message” is tapped, the SpamResponse app takes 90+ seconds to respond if it responds at all.
When a call or message is reported it does not show in the reported list/history, even if you refresh it.
I’ll stick to reporting abuse via their website.
