ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
What a pathetic app. I ordered during pandemic and there’s absolutely no way of tracking my delivery. Also the mere is no way to reach their customer service. The phone number cannot be connected. Also their email address is not real. The mail server doesn’t work and I got a mail that their email address is not correct. WTH!!!
There is no way of getting my money back. DONT USE THIS APP. I’m going to contact the police regarding this.
