UK licenses are now not accepted on the platform. Not sure what’s driving the change as it was not the case a few years ago

Tons of hidden charges. Cars now cost more than double what they used to. They even charge you extra for insurance. Report this scam company.

Получаване на глоба - не правомерно
Здравейте, наскоро поличих глоба от Спарк която беше не правомерна! Аз не съм пушач, но индикатора в колата показа, че се е пушило в рамките на няколко минути. Използвам Спарк от 2020г. До настоящия момент нямам едно нарушение. Опитах да говоря с човека който ми изпрати глобата по имейл, но той не пожела да комуникира с мениджър и да направят компромис, тъй като computer says no !!!
И така реших да споделя неприятния си опит от мината седмица !

They charge you money and leave you in the dark
Apparently they don't support canadian driver license but the app will let you register and charge you 30 lev. Very bad experience.

Labai prasta kokybė. Aš turiu tik anglišką telefoną, jų pagalbos telefonas neveikia su užsenietiškais tel, man visi vw up atsirakina, bet neužsiveda, dėl šios bėdos jau keturi kartus informavau, nieko nepataiso. Tuomet negrąžina pinigų už savo klaidas, kažkokius tik kuponus, nors pasaugos nesuteikia. Taip pat support nenaudingas. Labai nerekomenduoju, prasidėjo sparkas gerai, dabar labai prasta kompanija… sugaištu daug laiko

Am făcut abonament și după 1 săptămână au micsorat zona de acoperire în Sectorul 1 peste noapte. Practic nu mai pot folosi acest serviciu.

Sign in not working
It asks me to register instead of signing in and when I try to register again it says that the email is already used. Customer support only offers a premium phone number I cannot call so I left without a transport when it’s needed
New pricing scam - no kilometers on one day rental
Out of the blue they removed all included km from 24 hour rental doubling the cost or more.

My account has disappeared and I cannot login to the app anymore!!!! I even tried creating a new account, this does not work either… Absolute joke, and this is on top of the not so good prices… I was a supporter for the greener way of travelling, but not with Spark it seems
If your driving licence is not issued in the EU or Switzerland you can’t use their cars
I’m a Bulgarian citizen (EU citizen) who lives in the UK, therefore, I have a British driving licence. I go back to my country twice a year and would like to use Spark. However, I always get discriminated by this company because of my driving licence…
100 лв. такса за регистрация
Защо не предупреждавате, че има 100 лв. такса за регистрация? А първо събирате личните данни и после "ще ви таксуваме 100 лв.". Айде няма нужда.

Здравейте, преди процесът на регистрация да е завършен, се появява екран, който предупреждава, че при регистрация изтегляме 100 лв. от картата Ви, след което ги зареждаме обратно в профила Ви, за да ги използвате за пътувания в срок от 6 месеца.

Extremely awful customer service. Hard to find the words how disappointed I am from interacting with their team.

The company is awful
It’s a great away to get around and it’s very easy to operate with. But the company charges you randomly even after you’ve finished the trip. And it’s not small amounts - it’s approx 150bgn. They’re always trying to trap you so they can get extra money out of you. Even if you email them, they’ll say they’re investigating the issue and try take money out of your card without telling you
